RECURSIVE — Shift-8 Hackathon is the first ACM-sponsored hackathon at GNIT, an 8-hour in-person hackathon organized by the Department of Information Technology, in association with ACM and the GNIT Kolkata ACM Student Chapter, bringing together around 100–120 participants in teams of 2–4 to solve original real-world challenges through technology, creativity, and collaboration. With a focus on ideation, development, UI/UX, and practical implementation, participants will turn their ideas into functional solutions within an intense 8-hour sprint. Maybe the best ideas start when you simply sit down—and RECURSIVE is where those ideas get the space, time, and people to become something real.
